In 2021, the company was acquired to secure its continuity. For the management, employees, resellers, and consumers, nothing changed except for the fact that the organization embarked on a process of modernization. The sales process also came under scrutiny. Immediate Conviction
Google led Lieverdink to Quootz. A phone call followed, and the first meeting took place in December 2022. By March 2023, Lieverdink had already decided to invest in Merkato. The confidence in Merkato was so high that they didn’t even consider other configurators. With Merkato, Lieverdink can precisely achieve what they envision: standardizing and modernizing the sales process, making it much simpler for resellers. Quootz and Lieverdink are now embarking on this exciting journey together, and by the end of April, four Lieverdink employees had already started the Merkato training.

Lieverdink places great value on its established reseller network. One significant advantage of Merkato is that the configurator makes life easier for resellers. The configurator can be offered on the websites of these resellers using an embed code, and it can even be fully customized to match their own branding. This not only stimulates, modernizes, and simplifies consumer sales, but it also does so in the reseller’s unique look and feel. This is a significant professionalization step for both Lieverdink and its resellers, enhancing the sales process.
