Years ago, Waterkracht realized that a good configurator is essential for the company. After an earlier project in that direction did not get off the ground, it was decided at the beginning of 2020 to take the step to look for a more suitable solution.

To make sure that nothing happened overnight, a pilot was first run together with an existing Quootz customer. The first model was ready within one day, and the quotation document was also delivered the next morning. This gave enough confidence to take the step and choose Quootz as a partner for CPQ.
